Once you sign up, you’ll be given free access to Sparkle where you can send your first design request for 1 CREATIVE - FREE OF CHARGE.
The Sparkle team will work on your request and submit the design within 48 hours.
Once you receive your requested design, you can ask for unlimited revisions until you’re happy with the result.
Note that the free creative will be submitted with a watermark.
We’ll happily provide the original version with no watermark (including the source files) once you upgrade your free account to a paid plan.
Will I get charged for my first creative request?
No, you won’t be charged for the free creative. You’ll get billed only when you voluntarily upgrade to a paid plan (an option you’ll have inside the Sparkle app).
Does the free trial have a time limit?
There's no time limit as to when you can send your first design request, but we highly recommend submitting it as soon as possible.
This will allow us to prioritize your request and help you get a good feel for how we work. That way, you can decide early on whether you’d like to continue working with us.
Important: After submitting your first design request, you will no longer be able to submit additional requests until you upgrade to a paid plan. However, you'll still be able to log in to your Sparkle account.
What you can request during the trial period:
Your 1 creative request can either be for a GRAPHIC OR a VIDEO.
You can ask for any type of graphics or videos, except for the ones listed in the next section below.

- Resizing of designs received during the trial period
- Logo
- Brand mascot
- Brand character

- Presentation decks
